Got to our room and the bed wasn’t made went back and asked for a different room. Second room wasn’t very clean. Splashes of stuff on the walls, crusty stuff all over the couch and just generally dirty. Sheets were inside out but clean to the best of my knowledge ledge. Hallway carpets don’t look like they are vacuumed in a while. Went for breakfast and the lady cooking seemed overwhelmed and said they thought everyone had come for breakfast already so they had sent the cook home so now she would be cooking. Food came out in a timely manner. Hotel has great potential but needs so maintenance and a deep clean.

The room wasn’t finished being cleaned. There wasn’t any coffee stocked and the mug was dirty. Shower had hair in it :(

This hotel is disgusting. My first room had pubic hairs all over the shower and a sticky layer of grime and dirt on every surface. I asked to be switched to a clean room, and they weren’t too eager to make it right. I finally got a new room, but this one had what looked like blood splattered on the curtains and was equally as dirty. I ended up eating the reservation fee and getting another hotel across the street. This place was beyond gross. Beware.

Everything seemed old, worn, dated and poorly maintained. I requested a higher floor room with a view of the beautiful Snake River, but the jerk at the front desk rudely rebuffed my reasonable request, saying they only were renting rooms on the first floor that night. While I like dogs, I don't want to sleep in a kennel... This room stunk like one! Breakfast (included with a voucher) was an inedible disgusting pile of greasy fried eggs, drenched in margarine or something like that, as was the toast, and everything was COLD. Nothing really good about this place!
