Great location within walking distance of multiple shopping centers and restaurants. No laundry room. Construction on the exterior of the facility (as of late September). Room was very nice and the price was appropriate.

The bed was hard. They don't service your room until you stay 4 nights. They reset the wifi password everyday. They have no filtered water in the whole hotel. they told me i could get it from the sink. I had to buy jugs of water and refill them everyday. What hotel doesn't have a drinking fountain. But the staff was friendly.

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review of your stay. I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately since the pandemic everywhere is short staffed. We prefer to not overwhelm our very hard working housekeeping staff. We are always happy to bring you anything you may need during your stay such as soap, towels, cups, coffee, linens etc.. I apologize the bed wasn't as soft as you would prefer, and I understand everyone has different preferences on bed firmness. We have Serta perfect sleeper mattresses that are less then a year old. We do not reset the WIFI daily or have we ever done that! We do have a new password every Saturday that will be used for the week. Its unfortunate you had to fill up water jugs daily. We have a water dispenser in the front lobby that is filtered water, and we do have two water fountains in the hotel. We also have a sundry shop with bottles of cold water. Hopefully you give us another chance in the future. We are taking your remarks and using them to improve.
