"Clean room. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff upon check in was ok. First girl started our check in, then dissatisfied into the back and didn’t return.
A bit later, the second person (a guy) came out and finished our check in and told us that the first gal was watching/listening to an entertaining thing that she left us hanging to return to finish.
Instead of finishing our late night check in, after a very long day of traveling, she just walked away back to her entertainment!?
That was very rude and unprofessional of her. "
