The Termini area does attract less desirable people but we never had a problem and that has to be balanced against the convenience of the location (and it is well policed with plenty of people about). Rooms around the back had no problem with road noise. The breakfast was decent with a good range on offer and an outside terrace in warm weather along with a warm welcome from Paola and her colleagues. Rooms in reasonable condition and comfortable beds. Helpful team on reception. No food or drink options in hotel other than breakfast and vending machines/in room coffee and tea, but lots of nearby choice."
