"Hotel was located in a quiet yet convenient area and was close to many stores and restaurants. Room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable but pillows went flat when used. The hotel itself is wonderfully retro but nicely updated and maintained. Appreciate that parking was free but the parking lot seemed to barely fit all the cars of the folks staying however we did find a spot every night. Breakfast was included and was a bit above the standard fare- liked the crustless quiche! Staff was fair. Most were nice but could do with some better customer service training to come off as more professional and personable. Stayed for 2 nights. Met our needs for location, price and comfort. Good choice for concert at Red Rocks."

"The bed was nice. And the staff was nice. Everything else in the room was very worn out. Dingy. There was a basic surface clean, but it’s lacking the care to put in a good scrub kind of clean. I honestly didn’t want to think about it. Our stay was very short, so we didn’t try the breakfast. Honestly opinion: I think the murals on the wall, and the art had more thought than the upkeep of the room. I’m glad the bed was comfortable."
