DO NOT STAY HERE!

Checked in at 10 PM with my 9 month old baby. Room was not yet ready….. we had requested a crib at reservation. Reminded the front desk at check in we needed a crib for our baby . Said yes, they saw it noted on our reservation. When room was finally ready there was no crib. Called to the desk and they said they would send one up. Never happened. This caused a danger to our infant child!!!!! Next day had to talk to a manager to get a crib. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Our bathroom in 261 was very small with no hooks to hang anything and no place to put toiletries etc. Very inconvenient. The bathroom mirror light was so glary you could not see yourself!!

Worst stay ever in Boston

I checked in on May 7th and immediately checked out on the 8th. Room was terrible and I have pictures. I had to go to another hotel where I know it is nice - the Mandarin. We loved our stay at the Fairmont. Our only small complaint is that they didn’t warn us that mini fridge was broken and we needed to use it.
