"I stayed Saturday through Monday and was disappointed they did not service my room during the stay. When I enquired at the desk, they said it was due to policy of doing it every other day. It was a bummer and I encourage them to rethink their policy. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Eugene...I hope you all give them a try, and that they bring back daily room service"

My only complaint is the door had a large gap at the bottom that I think contributed to being able to hear everything so when people came in late and were loud, it was like they were in the room with us. There’s also a train nearby that’s fairly loud. However, the hotel did provide complimentary ear plugs. Another plus was having Texas Roadhouse across the lot from the hotel. I’d stay here again. "
