Arrival was great, clean parking lot, friendly check in. Room was ‘ok’: curtain was ripped off/clasps on the table, huge scratch on mirror, cobwebs behind tv and on wall by window. Returned to room to find tv nonfunctional. Nicole claimed to be only staff member at the entire hotel, tried to get me to move entertainment center and conduct maintenance myself. She then accused me of being drunk (super sober, drunk people disgust me) refused to contact manager, told me to leave threatened to call cops (I have colored hair and tattoos) told me to leave and get a refund in the morning. Upon leaving Nicole offered to let us speak to the manager, well she was on the phone with her, still refused to let us speak to her. Nicole offered to fix the tv and refused the refund she previously told me I would receive. Please give us a full refund and strong disciplinary action should befall Nicole and Samatha.

Good morning! Samantha here. I get it, you were upset you had to wait until our ONLY staff member had a moment to fix the TV. Understandable, and I genuinely apologize for the delay! As for the abusive language the staff endured, that will not be tolerated! You were not promised and will not receive a refund. I encourage you to find other accommodations when in town next, and I sure hope you have a better experience as well. Happy Holidays!

Had the WORST experience with Travelocity and while La Quinta tried to make it better when we had to change our reservation, the hotel ended up losing our confirmed booking, or cancelling our reservation made months prior (on move-in weekend when almost everything in town was booked). Will never use Travelocity again, and very unlikely to book with this hotel again. As a result of the error we found a number of other, cleaner, less expensive options in the Eugene area that are in better locations to campus … we will be booking directly with them in the future. We ended up staying one night only (of our 4 day booking) - & La Quinta should take a more active role in making sure guests are not smoking in the hotel - every room we have ever stayed in absolutely reeks of smoke and the corridors smelled like marijuana.

The front desk staff were so kind and thoughtful! Professional and patient with all my questions! Thank You. My only complaint (?) was we didn’t get fresh towels or new soap & our old towels were not removed. Everyone was Very nice!
