Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast room was also clean and bright. The desk people were helpful and nice. At this price point it is nice. I would have given them a 5, but there was work on the flooring being done and the plastic that was taped down was pulling up and bunched and a real trip hazard in the hall and elevator.

Property is under construction so access to lobby was through a small window, At time of check in there was a group of teens banging on doors and running up and down hallways, after I mentioned to the desk they must have called those rooms and it was quiet through the night

No hot water!

The hot water was not working. Whether it was shut off from the construction on the first floor or something was broken, but it’s extremely tough to start you day with an icy shower. I let the shower and the sink run for ten minutes waiting for it to get better, but that didn’t happen.

The staff is always super friendly and inviting when we come. It’s one of the hidden gems in Legrand. If you wanna stay someplace, that is clean and meet all your basic needs that’s your place.

This is a mid-range style hotel, and as such, I was very impressed with obvious recent remodeling. It was very very clean, surprisingly very quiet even though it's on a very busy street. The staff was charming and efficient. The price was great. All around a great place to say.

It was very nice, they are doing first floor construction; they advertise a breakfast but just coffee and juice is available for now. I assume more will be available after the construction is completed. The room is very nice and the staff so very friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Property was still under some renovation however the accommodations that were open were new and very clean. The Wi-Fi was not very good, and staff knew about the issue and could not remedy the signal. Overall, a nice property and we would stay again.

So nice!

My room was so awesome. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! The room was very clean and it was decorated nicely. The housekeeping was perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again.
