"The room was spacious and cozy but the ac unit looked older than I am and was very dirty. The shower head had built up water residue and the tub was rusted in spots. They could definitely improve on the cleanliness which is what I saw in a bunch of reviews before booking. Also, if the power goes out, they don’t have a backup generator we found out the hard way. Luckily the power was only out just over an hour."

"Toilet paper was not replenished. ice machine never worked. when addressed with staff was told it did work and I must not know how to use it. Unfortunately I was using the ice machine a floor above and had no problem. Deaf ears."
