The outdoor landscape needs attention, but the interior is in really good shape. One suggestion - check and fix the paint in the bathroom - the one we used had some white smudges and chips in the orange paint.

So hot and humid in the entire hotel. The carpeting felt damp. Had to keep the A/C on so low to keep from sweating. Otherwise the stay, food and breakfast staff was very pleasant!

Told them toliet seat was almost falling off the day i checked in n the bathroom door was so squeaky and they did nothing about it. The key card to get the room kept deactivating and had to keep going to the front desk to get it activated to get in our room

The staff member did not like that we got the room so cheap, the room was not ready we got there.after 5. Overall she was not the best customer service person. The room we received was on the second floor way down the hallway. It had a smell to it. We asked when booked for a disabled room, because we both have mobility issues. The walk in shower, that was good.Breakfast, they had a pitcher of milk for the cereal, but it was sitting on the counter with no refrigeration. It would make more sense to put the toaster and bread where the fridge is and put the fridge by the cereal. At the very least put the milk in a container of ice. Less chance of somebody getting sick. We love La Quinta, this one failed.
