Main light as you come in door was out. No hot water at night. Front desk said it was due to alot of checkins. Had hot water in the morning. Room updated and looked nice but flooring had gaps, so not very well done. "Adequate" ...if thats what youre looking for.

My stay was not enjoyable.

I found several issues during my stay. First, there was a black spot left in the bathtub. I also got bitten by a mosquito on my foot. The lighting was so dim that I struggled to wash my face and apply my makeup. Additionally, the desk chair was dusty. When I left my room at 3 AM to retrieve some aspirin from my car, I encountered problems with my key card. The front door wouldn't open, so I went to the front desk for assistance, but they were unable to fix the card. After an hour of waiting, an employee had to manually open the door for me. Overall, the hotel needs to improve in several areas: updating the door system, providing better lighting, and ensuring thorough cleaning.

It is a good option for short stay. However, the rooms smell smoke a lot, and the cleaness do not look good when there are a lot of roaches in your room. The breakfast is good and lobby facilities as well.

I was not at all impressed by this sort of remodeled motel. Door did not seal and you could see outside with the door closed and locked. The room was clean enough but could have been better. 3 stars overall.

My stay was ok. The room was for the most part pretty clean but first impressions make a big difference. The light switch when you first walk through the door was filthy. Cousin on couch had stains so I didn’t sit on it. There was not any lamps on the nightstands so you couldn’t just settle in after reading or tv you had to get out of bed to shut the light off which was across the room. There are light scones on either side of bed but neither worked. One didn’t even have a light bulb. The mirror above the sink was very nice and large, the mirror was clean but the frame was NOT. It had toothpaste from previous customers and not sure what the rest of the stuff on it was. Once again light switch to that area and bathroom need cleaned. I did try to speak with someone before I left but I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. A sign said someone would be with me but that didn’t happen. An employee was speaking with another patron and looked at me when I came in the door but when she was finished speaking she disappeared behind a door to kitchen area without acknowledging me. Or, I would have told her these issues and not be writing them. The clerk that checked me in was very friendly and professional. All things being said the room was very spacious, cleaner than some I have paid more for, towels were clean, thick and folded in a very clever way! The bed was clean and so very comfortable. I had a king with 4 very nice pillows. I will be staying here again.

Keep scrolling and don’t pick this one. Didn’t know the door was on outside. You could move the door without unlocking. Chain for lock but luckily did have dead bolt. Gap between door and wall so thinking its cold when staying in winter time. I even put the table to where no one could push the door open. Window was unlocked and luckily I checked it before going to bed. Blood on bathroom wall behind door. See pictures. Flooring had gaps in it. Went back and asked about lights not working by the bed and apparently had come unplugged when cleaning crew moved the bed. Sketchy people outside at night and good thing parking lot was lit up. Went up to eat breakfast next morning and biscuits and gravy, gravy tasted good but was not hot. Very disappointed. Not enough parking. Pool not indoor. Not worth price I paid. I thought since it said “by Best Western” it would be decent but was totally mislead. Should have asked for refund as soon as we saw the room. Keep scrolling!!

The room was very clean. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Complaints would be the lighting in the rooms. Bathroom light was very dim. Lamps next to the beds were on the wall too high to reach from the bed so you always had to get up. We could always hear the person in the room above us get up and walk around at 5 o’clock in the morning.. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent. For the price it was good.
