Great people - tired hotel

The place is rough. Could use some updating. Housekeeping was a let-down. Staff were a delight! Very nice people!

Staff and service good amenities no so good

I didnt see on the site that the pool was down the internet was spotty in my room the bed was uncomfortable and i got these little red bumps all over my back from the bed, also the water pressure was definitely lacking. The staff and service were the only thing that made up for the other things.

This is an old property. We got there and found out the pool was closed and had been closed for a year. I paid for a one bedroom suite planning on using the pull out bed as my wife snores so she got the bedroom and I got the pull out bed in the main room. The pull out bed was terrible. Bad mattress, bad springs, and it could not be slept on without causing pain. I ended up having to pull off the couch pillows and using them to sleep on the floor. Now for the good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good for a “free breakfast “ and the lady that ran it insured the hot buffet items were hot, full and kept clean. She did an excellent job and continually insured items were full in all other areas.

We were charged an extra fee for “incidentals” at check in that we weren’t aware of ahead of time. The advertised pool was under repair and that was not advertised, our children were looking forward to it.

Wonderful

Keisha is an excellent employee and an example of the perfect host. She was able to change our room to be more accommodating for my dad who is elderly. She deserves praise and s large raise for her thoughtfulness. Breakfast buffet was great 👍

This hotel is a little dated, no usb plug ins, but there was plenty of room, it had a great breakfast with hot eggs, sausages, oatmeal with many toppings, all the drink choices, fruits, cereals.

We have stayed here before and we had another great experience. We were here for 3 nights. Beds are always comfortable and everything is clean. We like having the comforts of home and the extra room this residence inn provides at the same price or less than many hotels in the same area. Plus- breakfast is included here!
