Front desk staff was amazing! They were welcoming, kind, professional, and very helpful. Marko was amazing at check-in, and the lady when we left (I forgot her name—started with an “L”) was beyond helpful—you could tell she has a kind heart, is generous, and is the epitome of what you want your brand ambassador be. She respectfully and effortlessly communicated with her housekeeping staff through a translation app to make sure the message was understood. Everything she did was with a smile and empathy. She helped me assist an elderly gentleman in the parking lot who needed personal care assistance and did it with dignity. She is rare, and I sincerely hope management appreciates the gem they have in her taking on the role of being its entire brand for that property. Truly amazing!

We truly appreciated the quality of the property and the friendliness of the staff during our stay. However, we had a difficult time getting a good night's sleep because the bed was quite hard. Both my husband and I found it challenging to rest comfortably, which was disappointing.

BYOP- Bring your own PILLOW!

The room was clean, had everything we needed for an overnight stay while traveling. Building and lobby were nice. Beds were comfortable. The only negative was the pillows are horrible… flat, no support. Breakfast was what you’d expect. Would return… with my pillow!
