Sunset Pointe Marina has the capacity for dockage up to a 40' boat (available on a first come first served basis). Kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes are available to enjoy during your stay. This beautiful property is less than a mile from Englewood Beach and restaurants on Manasota Key.

Guests are eligible for a 10% discount on boat rentals at Sunset Point Marina. Guided sunset tours are available. Ask us for more details – Kayak, SUP, and Bicycle use is available for daytime only, specifically 8 am to 5 pm, a signed waiver is required. Onsite items available for rent include fishing equipment, coolers, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs.

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away. Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway for the day or even a few hours. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials right from the beach. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Just call Stumpy’s Free Ride at 941-822-1444. They service almost the entire beach.

After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
