I was arriving late from overseas but despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel by phone and via hotels.com, I was only finally able to make contact an hour before I took off. I was on the verge of booking a different hotel because I was concerned I would not be able to gain access. This resulted in undue stress which was completely unavoidable."

"My wife could not connect to the Wifi on the firestick that we brought from home. She tried the front desk, but there was nothing they could do. So they then resorted to buying the movie on the "Internet TV" Youtube, but that also just showed the loading screen and never ended up working. It was dissapointing as I booked it for my wife and her friend to have a nice relaxing time away from the kids. "
