"There was a huge wind storm prior to our arrival and power was out. However, Staff was still trying to get us and others to rent their rooms even though they had no idea when/if power was going to be restored that day or anytime before checkout time. There would be no lights, showers, meals, etc. They were, however, gracious enough to cancel room and "waive cancellation fee" AFTER we asked. They did not offer. Upon our arrival, condition of property overall was poor. Ceilings had water damage and panels were hanging down. Not impressed. The pictures on the website did not match what we saw."
