We got there but there was absolutely no parking. Greg was not compassionate and did not show any customer service. He was rude and not helpful at all. We talked to Greg and he said in order to get a refund we would need to go online because we booked it through Expedia. I talked to Expedia and he refused to give us refund for a room we could use because there was no parking! No compassion awful customer service. I go up there frequently and will never stay here because of their customer service. Never saw the room because I could not park my truck there. It says parking available but not for trucks I guess.
