Paid for two queens, but got two full beds. We were too tired after nearly 10 hours on road to go back to check-in to change room. They said they’d check into a partial refund, but they didn’t and Expedia later told me the hotel told them they couldn’t. Room was a bit aged and very average for the cost.

The thermal waters were great and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was so helpful in every respect! The location was good. The food in both restaurants was delicious. The rooms were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I booked this stay in advance to get the deal and discount. They first charged me a deposit to be able to get the deal and stay. So i thought i would on pay the reminder 158 dollars but during check in they wanted the full amount plus some additional fees that i saw. When i told them that it charged the deposit already, they refuse to listen and had us pay in full. They didnt listen to what i was saying. It was booked through expwdia but they did nothing about it. This why i will never booked with thw same hotel.
