Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private suite at South Arm Retreats. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are patio with propane grill, kayak rentals (subject to availability), and East Jordan Tourist Park. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).

Getting Around:
In East Jordan, Michigan, private vehicles are the primary mode of transportation due to limited public options. The town is well-connected by roads like M-32, facilitating easy access to nearby areas. Sidewalks and bike lanes cater to pedestrians and cyclists within the town, especially for reaching local spots. Though public transit is sparse, taxis or ride-shares can cover short distances. Given East Jordan's size, driving and walking are the predominant and practical ways to get around for both residents and visitors.

Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day for an additional $30 per day per kayak. We require ALL renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your online boarding pass after booking.
This is a pet-friendly room for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds only. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.

For the safety and security of our owners and guests, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. This process helps prevent fraudulent activity and protect the interests of everyone involved. Guests will be provided a boarding pass link with access to an online boarding pass that will have step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.
