First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this

The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta
The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay.

Pool was closed and it never advertised this on the site. So my granddaughterw and daughter went to swim super excited. Yeah nope with no insight. I would've gotten a different room would've been closer and had an open pool.
