"Our room was very nice. The entire hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. There was always someone greeting you or asking if we needed anything. Complaints would be the shower was very small and the water pressure was horrible. The parking wasn't the best as you had a choice of Valet parking which was expensive or you could park using the Public Parking App but you could only use it up to 12 hours and then it would not allow you to add more time, you had to move your vehicle to another lot location and when I did that, it would not allow me to add my time with the new location. It said I had exceeded the limit for the day. App is Metropolis and it's not user friendly and if you don't have Wifi connection, it's almost impossible to use. The beach access walkway near the hotel needs to be cleared of shrubs as it's blocking the walkway and you can barely get by if you're pulling a buggy or wagon. We used the ADA ramp which was further down from the Hotel and you can't see the wood on the ramp as it's covered in about 4 inches of sand. As we departed early Sunday morning, we noticed that someone had hit my vehicle sometime during the night and of course, they didn't leave a note or anything. The damage wasn't bad enough to report it to City police as it wasn't the Hotels lot so there wasn't anything they could do. I did ask for camera footage and was told I would have to report it to City Police."
