Staff put us in a room that we didn't book and lied about being out of the room we paid for. Had to talk to guest relations and spent 30mins fixing the issue. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great and helpful. Valet parking requirement was a bit expensive but all the valet staff were great and worked very hard. Only a minor issue with a large bug showing up in our bathroom.
