"This place was a real bargain. The inside of our two-bedroom condo had been recently renovated and was very spacious. The amenities were a short drive away and mostly in good condition. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the new pickleball courts. The low price we paid was probably due to the following issues: 1. The exterior siding is rotting, 2. the golf course that this community is on is closed, 3. the balconies are closed due to damage/age. Next time I would probably bring our e-bikes, as there appears to be miles of safe (but hilly) roads around the community. Note, there is a $22/day amenities fee. Also, the check-in address provided by Hotmail was not correct; be sure to use the address provided by the hotel."
