Halls smelled like weed. Bathtub drained very slowly and I was standing in a few inches the whole shower. The shower curtain was dragging in the puddled water in the shower. Only 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth provided in a 2 queen bed room. No hand soap in room- had to ask front desk. Stains on bedsheets

⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Unfortunately, this stay was really disappointing due to the lack of staff and basic service. We requested our room to be cleaned and asked multiple times for fresh towels, but nothing was ever done. When we went to the front desk to follow up, there was no one there at all — which was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the hotel advertises a pool, but it wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, the poor communication and lack of service completely overshadowed what could have been an okay experience.

Our room was ok, the shower rod was hanging on like a lose tooth. The bathroom needs painted and the sheet rock patches are horrible done.our room was decently cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel does smell a bit.

Room smelled terrible, pool didn’t work so we weren’t able to use that, room fridge didn’t work and was moldy so we had to toss out our leftovers and had no way to keep drinks cold, tv needs to be replaced as well, sound is almost out and the screen has spots in it. Won’t be staying here again! Room 136 for reference.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Clarion hotels, and I like them a lot. The specific one was not up to par. The rooms are kind of dingy. The paint was peeling on the walls. The breakfast in the morning was pretty terrible, cold, hard boiled eggs, this place could use some help.

At a place like this you have to wonder how long things have been "out of order". The pool wasn't working; the breakfast juice dispenser wasn't working; the charging ports in the room didn't work. We were only there for a night but that seemed to be the theme. Staff was friendly enough. The best part was the shower - it was pretty nice.

Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. Rooms need some TLC. It looks like they started painting and didn’t finish inside the room and bathroom. Some things were painted but very poorly. They had little tree air fresheners hanging around the hotel and in the room we stayed in. I had to ask for extra towel due to only 2 in the room for 3 people. It was ok for the price. It was close to things in Dillard and the Dillard House!

I left my jacket in the room and realized when I arrived home. Called hotel immediately and told them I was willing to pay the postage or courier service to have it returned to me. They said they could not do this. Very disappointed with the non existent customer service.
