Riverbend Motel & Cabins
"Great location and that's about it. Keys kept deactivating, TV went out, messaged them for adjoining rooms and called and we did not receive adjoining rooms, towels were as rough as sandpaper, bed was as hard as a rock, even my 14 year old tossed and turned all night, breakfast was terrible! They ..."

Mountain Valley Inn Dillard
"I never made it to breakfast until the last day & there were only remnants. I saw chocolate hostess cakes & some of what was left of cereal in the containers. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice but our bathroom light over mirror flickered or never worked & the test/reset buttons never kicked in ..."

Quality Inn Cornelia
"I did not like there is no elevator. I’m with some mobility issues. I had to use the stairs to get to my room. I realize this is an older property. My husband son had stayed here when it was just a year old, but in all properties it needs to have good updates. I didn’t really see any in this ..."

Quality Inn
"Excellent beds and air conditioning. Excellent attention from all the staff. There were noisy guests around during the late hours of the night 12am. Breakfast needs to be improved, at least add protein (eggs); and the power outlets failed during the cooking of waffles and bread toaster."

They were out of eggs, bacon, cheese etc so you had prepackaged hostess Danishes' and instant grits and not much else... The building needs refurbishing and the bathroom set up is terrible and hard to change in when rooming with others. They also need to take the water slide out of their pictures as it is not in operation. When we asked for extra towels at the front desk we were told to go find the housekeeper LOL :D.. the housekeeper was nowhere around so the door was open to the housekeeping room and we had to retrieve our own towels. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Worse part of our trip. Worth about $40/night... When we return to Helen, we won't be staying here. They have a major either owner problem or GM problem on their hands! "
