We had an amazing stay at the Fisherman’s cabin in Bear Creek Lodge and Cabins in Helen, Georgia! The location was perfect; it was close to everything, yet peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hospitality by Pam and April was outstanding; every detail made us feel welcomed and cared for. The cabin itself was incredibly cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway for Thanksgiving week. Highly recommended!I

Pam and her assistant April really care about you and strive to meet any and all needs you may have. The cabin was adorably decorated for Christmas with a tree and perfect for exceeding our expectations with the grands anticipating Santa. Be prepared to get your steps in and make sure you're stretched and ready lol!! I feel like we were hosted by Family and will definitely consider staying again!

Great Cozy Cabin

Very fun stay! Cabin was nice, clean, and very cozy. Owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions we had. If you stay there be sure to bring extra towels and wash cloths. They only give you 1 towel for every person that stays and one that is for the entire stay. The sidewalk to the cabin could use a little fixing up. It was very worn out indoor outdoor carpet. The fire pit area was nice but very compact. Would love to see some brick pavers for more of a patio feel. The hot tub was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!

The Bear Creek cabins were the perfect place for us: we walked into Helen every day (sometimes twice); we drive out of Helen for a beautiful nearby hike every day; we got to use the tubes & equipment provided by Bear Creek to play in the river when it wasn't as crowded; we met very nice people in the community area; we heard great local music right outside our front door; we had everything we needed for a lovely first-time visit to Helen. Thanks Pam and Earl!

Outstanding Cabin vacation

What a great getaway and vacation spot. The cabins were large, cozy with lots of amenities, close to town but far enough away to have the best of both worlds. From the cabin you could hear the river and the birds...and not the bustle of the town, but close enough to walk into town. Check in and out was easy and Earl and Pam were extremely nice and welcoming. They were very responsive prior to arrival, during the stay and after. We will definitely be back.
