2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service
We booked our room several months in advance to have peace of mind of a secure reservation. We have an email with the hotel confirmation # as well as our travelocity itenary #. However, day of arrival, hotel informs us they have no record of this reservation using the confirmation # or our last name spelling! ... UGH!!! We traveled here from out of town only to learn we have no room. The hotel staff did not care that we had a confirmation # as well as another welcoming email that came through this morning advising us they were looking forward to having us! The hotel staff was absolutely no help, not compassionate at all, said they were overbooked and couldn't help us. We had to find a last minute room at 4x the price! Beyond frustrated!!

It’s a very old motor lodge, bought and sold probably a hundred times. Slapped with paint a new piece of furniture and a flat screen tv. It is worth the $, almost if you are looking for a cheap stay.

The pool was very nice. The parking lot and walk ways had a lot of cigarette butts. The room smelled like it had been cleaned recently but there was still a lot of hair on the ground. The AC works really well and the hotel is in a great location. The staff was helpful and nice.

The staff were friendly and the room was great for me and my pup. The nice lady at the desk even found me a room to check in early. Great location to things in Helen, and if I ever went back, I would stay again. For what I paid in comparison to other places in the area, I think it was a good deal. Nothing fancy, but definitely met what I needed for my trip.

Great experience for the price. Was right there on the strip, great view of the mountains from the window, friendly and nice staff. They could do better with the quality of the coffee they provide and perhaps offer freshly cooked southern breakfast. All good otherwise

If you stay at this Quality Inn you can’t be a light sleeper, there was noise day and night. We had the room right next to the office where they serve breakfast. They did not come to clean our room or bring in fresh towels. Luckily I brought my own towels. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool!!
