"There’s issues with the hot water, but we did get it corrected. When initially checking in there was a hiccup. My credit card was charged went through then was credited back later, but the check-in clerk said that I was over the limit the car was not over the limit. I really didn’t appreciate that. It was a little embarrassing in front of a friend and the money was there. I had to use another car because they didn’t know what they were doing in charging the original credit card"
