The room we were given had been "cleaned". We had to request both beds have the sheets changed, there was a dirty hand towel left in the bathroom, rubbish and a sock left in the draws which were broken. Both the mattresses and blankets were stained. Once the sheets were changed it was absolute bare minimum standards to make the room habitable and the replacement sheets were wrinkled and did not appear to have been professionally laundered, there was only one clean mattress protector available. Had we not arrived late at night and we're leaving early the next day I would have requested a refund and found somewhere else to stay. Significant repairs and furniture replacement needs to occur and retraining of cleaning staff. I have stayed in similar cost hotels elsewhere in the US and while they are generally a little tired feeling they are clean and tidy in comparison.

Everything is bad about this hotel. Even to the point where cards dont even unlock the door. I have to call someone every time i want to enter the room. Not to mention employees were smoking everywhere in the hotel
