We didn't stay there, all rooms were rented by the hour all. I can’t believe you even have this on Expedia! We didn’t realize what it was until after he took our I’d & we signed he went to his computer for about 14 minutes BEFORE he gave us the key. He was making sure the payment was going through before he gave us the key!!! After we got the key, we took it right back to him, he was a scammer! We contacted you right away but you said said sorry it’s already in process, can’t do anything about it!!!!

My husband and I thought we were booking a nice hotel. This property had “hourly rates” posted in their lobby, indicating exactly what kind of hotel this is. We saw several rooms and all reeked of pot. Buyer beware. After asking for a refund, which was denied by the Imperial hotel as well as by Hotels.com, we left this property, and found a decent hotel 1/2 a mile away.. I will not recommend using either Hotels.com and will not continue booking through them as they allow a property of this nature on their site. I’m disgusted and wish to warn anyone or any family what you are in for if you book through Hotels.com or this hotel.
