Fantastic View

This property could use some remodeling especially the shower. It felt like we were going to fall through. Overall though this property was clean. The A/C worked great and cooled down the rooms quickly. The view just really takes over everything. It doesn’t get old walking out and seeing the water and hearing the waves. The kids enjoyed the bed and ours was comfortable also. Even with the things that need fixed and attention we will stay here again. The front desk was helpful and friendly. My only “complaint” is guest smoking not just cigarettes off the balcony. We had to go inside a few times which is not anyone’s fault. Can’t wait to come back!

“Private Beach” means “Pay for Beach”

The unit was great. The view was amazing! The beach… was VERY infuriating. We wanted to stay on the beach for easy access… but it was NOT. The beach is “run” by a separate company. They set up private chairs and umbrellas in the morning. You’re allowed to set up your own stuff only starting about 200 feet from the water and they leave no space between umbrellas to even walk to the water. So despite paying to be on the beach, we had to either fork over hundreds more or go to a public beach to actually use the beach. The day we were there, they didn’t even have chairs available if we wanted to pay. I would have preferred to have some space on the beach left open to first come, first serve. We will NOT stay here again because of that. If I’m going to have to go to a public beach, I’m not also paying to stay on the beach.

It has a geeat view and in a great location. However, there was dust everywhere and the area rug was so dirty and used that it felt matted and greasy. There were chips in the tile floor that we kept stubbing our toes on and the ac was so loud it woke us up when it turned on. The bed was too firm and uncomfortable. The large mirror spontaneously fell off the wall and there were scuff marks and nics all over tge walls and cabinets. It wasnt horrible but not worth the money.

Pay for the view - the rest is less than stellar

The view is amazing! But the rest of this unit was quite disappointing. No dressers, limited room in the bedroom to move around, shower was messed up, furniture was stained and worn, coffee pot was jacked up, refrigerator door wouldn’t close right. TVs wouldn’t work and took a few hours to get resolved. Couldn’t get hot water in shower, and that took almost 24 hours before anyone actually came out despite multiple messages. I will not book thru Bacasa ever again.

Getaway for the parents!

Mommy and daddy needed a little getaway, and man this was the spot! we had a great time, lots to do and didn't have to travel far to enjoy them! This location is great and we plan on coming back.

Bad smell and Hvac too loud

Condo had a very bad smell which we finally figured out to coming from area rug. It was unbearable and that area rug needs to be replaced asap. HVAC unit is right next to bedroom and you can’t sleep when it’s running. It’s too loud and ultimately gave us headache. We ended up spending most of the time outside and leaving a day early, we couldn’t sleep at all.

Great Stay Overall!

We love SunDestin and this unit was super nice! I do have a few complaints; we only had 5 towels for 2 people for 8 nights, it was far from enough, we couldn't use the bathtub because there was no way to stop the water from draining, the garbage disposal didn't work, the sink sprayer was broken and anytime I tried to use it, water went EVERYWHERE, and there was no electrical outlet in the main bathroom??? I do understand that it's impossible for everything to be perfect 100% of the time. Overall, it was great and those things didn't matter much at all in the long run!

Good for the price

Great location and amenities. Overall, the condo was good, especially for the price. Could use some updates for sure. Only two things I disliked enough to mention on here were the shower head being so low and the bedroom being pretty hot at night. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Nice view!

Overall, we had a great experience! Only complaint, the bed was a little hard, the AC unit is very loud when trying to sleep, and the shower smelled of sewer at times. If I had to choose to stay again, I definitely would.

Awesome Accommodations

This property was absolutely amazing, the views were stunning, and everything was just as shown on the pictures!!! The only problem we had was that we had to leave!! We will definitely book this property again!
