Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios to enjoy beautiful views from. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

First time in Destin

We really enjoyed Destin! Our first time! Beaches are beautiful! We loved our beachfront condo! Comfortable beds & amenities. Management was very helpful with a few things & we really appreciated that! We would definitely stay in this condo again!
