SunDestin is a Gulf-front resort located less than two miles from the heart of town offering fantastic amenities including two heated pools, a children's splash pad, hot tub, and gym. This charming condo is located on the seventh floor and offers a great view of the emerald green waters. And the well-equipped kitchen includes everything one might need for easy meal prep. Guests will also enjoy direct beach access and equipment rental services offering kayaks and stand-up paddleboards!

With so many attractions, you'll never want to leave home, but when you do venture out, the city is a playground for family fun and outdoor adventures. Wander the historic Fort Pickens in nearby Pensacola Beach, or board a Buccaneer Pirate Cruise ship. Enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and shops along HarborWalk Village, fish off the boardwalk, or hike the stunning nature trails at Henderson Beach State Park.

We stayed here for the price and the location and neither could be beat. Easy walk to beach and convenient location. It could use some updating. We never got either tv to work properly and one con is the fact that the HVAC unit is on the balcony so it’s loud when it kicks on and you can’t even hear the ocean. No one is at fault I’m sure but it was pretty annoying. It was super clean and had what we needed for a short stay.

Check- in was quiick and easy. They even had our room ready early!! Communication was down to a T from booking til check out. It was clean, the view was great! Staff were nice even the guest other were friendly. There is construction going on but it wasn't a big issue. Great location to alot of restaurants and the food is good! I would recommend!

It's an ok place if your short and under 200 lbs

The condo was so old and dated from the lumpy hard bed to the red couch that was so dirty we couldn't even sit on it. Very small bathroom and low ceilings. Beautiful view from the balcony, that was the only upside of this condo. Would NOT stay here again.

Pros- Beautiful view, fun gift shop with friendly staff, centralized location, easy beach access, quick response to questions by app from owners, *kid friendly Cons- Furniture is a bit worn, patio door drapes were broken-very difficult to open & close, only sheets were provided for pullout sofa - no blankets or pillows, check in is at front desk-not by the code given on the app, housekeeping didn’t knock before entering and informed us we had to leave by 10am so she could clean, *kid friendly It was a good spot for our last minute trip on a holiday week with a truly lovely view and easy beach access.

It was perfect for just my fiance and I.

Front desk was very nice. The view from the room couldn't get any better. Ocean View. Just minutes away from the strip. We walked a lot of places. The beach was extremely clean. The only thing we noticed, was that the door to our room would not shut all the way unless you pulled it shut. Just a heads up!
