On-site laundry, a huge living room/dining room with setting for 6 , Smart TV, nice kitchen. Sleeps 8. Quiet neighborhood with parking available for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Close to some of the best WDM restaurants - Cool Basil, Waterfront Seafood Market and Cafe, among others. Only 10 minutes from Downtown.

Welcome to Clive. Clive has awesome shops, restaurants, nature trails - you name it, Clive has it. The duplex is in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from University Park Shopping Center which houses TJ Maxx, Waterfront Seafood, the new Brazil Terra Grill Steakhouse. It's also a few blocks from Starbucks, Cool Basil, Kohls and SO many more shopping and eating opportunities.

The right side of the duplex is all yours. Deck outside to share and back yard.
The driveway to the Right of the home is all yours.

This is a duplex, guests have access to the entire right side of the house, the Right side of home's driveway and shared yard/deck.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, there is great public transit, bike lanes, even downtown sky walks to avoid bad weather! And of course Uber is only a text away.
