The property and room were nice and clean. Our mattress was terribly firm, which led to a very poor night of sleep. And the pool was closed for renovation but there was no indication of that when we booked our room; we were very disappointed upon arrival.

Don’t have amenities they claim to.

I have stayed at Hilton garden inns before with no complaints. Bed was not comfortable and hot tub was permanently closed and fitness center was closed. I specifically booked a hotel wanting a hot tub and would have liked to work out. Feel like that should be noted in the hotel details. Feel a little ripped off.

The staff was great. The rooms were not great, first room the toilet was broken and the bedding looked overused. The second room was a little better but not much. The mirror is in the closet where there is no lighting, the room was so cold even though the thermostat was turned up it could not warm It enough. The bathroom faucet water pressure was non existent and there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The fridge smelled like straight up alcohol.

Nice hotel, not a great shower.

Stay was nice room was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and the drain backed up. We spoke to the front desk about the drain on our first morning. It looked like someone tried to rectify the issue as the drain was caulked, but it was still slow the next morning.

Due to a mixup in the reservation, (my fault) we stayed in the last room available, which was a King Suite. I felt for the price ($240) that it was nothing special and there wasn't even a free breakfast offered. Half of the Lobby was closed, due to renovations and the Hot Tub was not in service.
