Great hotel
Very nice hotel. Clean, excellent condition, friendly staff, good restaurant on site. I have only one complaint- the bed was so hard!

Above and beyond customer service.
We arrived during a bad snow storm and learned that the hotel had a Bennigan's restaurant attached. We had dinner there and observed the restaurant manager going above and beyond to make sure all of the guests were allright and had everything they needed. He checked in with everyone repeatedly. We also observed hotel staff help a woman clear snow from her car and start it so that she would not have to be in the cold. What excellent customer service!!!

My only complaint was a very icy parking lot and drive up check-in area. But there had been horrible winter weather the day before. More salting would have helped and we mentioned it to front desk and janitor. I think something more was going to be done.
