I was booking the room for my nephew, who had no money and his bus got delayed overnight in Denver in a snow storm. Since I booked the room indirectly (through Travelocity and not directly through Quality In ), the hotel policy required him to pay $100 cash deposit upon arrival. If he had the cash, he could have booked his own room! So I had to send the hotel an extra authirization form, which I had to print, complete, and scan. The policy made it very difficult to complete the transaction with my phone at midnight. Very frustrating!

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the confusion at check in. We do require some form of incidentals at check in and without it we cannot issue keys to a room. This is for security purposes. I am sorry his was not made clear at the time of booking. We want to be very clear about our policies so I will reach out to Travelocity to see if there is anything we can do to improve the experience. The only reason they can charge what they do is because of their location. Outdated rooms. Buildings showing its age. I would not recomend thi place to anyone at over a $100 a night. All your getting is location and a bed. They say free continental breakfast, yeah for one person. Your spouse or friend has to pay $10 to join you.

I thought the walk to the Pepsi center would be shorter but it took around 25 minutes.
