I am very disappointed that others would rate this as an excellent or even good experience. The hotel is very run down, graffiti on the elevator, needs major paint everywhere, some customers were literally problematic and had to be kicked out, some of the front desk staff were very rude, carpeting is in poor shape, and breakfast poorly prepared with minimal effort by staff, and ambiance very cold and unwelcoming. Exercise extreme caution.

When we got there to check in, there was no one up front. There was another customer standing at the desk who said he was waiting for someone to come up for about 5 minutes. He was already yelling out "hello", and no one answered, and continued to do so. We waiting about 5-10 more minutes until I screamed "hello???" And someone finally came up. She told me I didn't need to scream, and had an attitude the whole time checking us in The elevator is severely out of date. It barely fit cleaning maid carts and dipped slightly when you would walk on. There's ghetto writing all over the poorly painted doors of the elevator. The room was clean, but when we sat down on the bed, the lights of the headboard would go on and off. We pulled back the Mattress to see if there's a plug right behind the bed and there was - half broken and exposed. Highly dangerous for possible electrical fires.

I never know how to review dumps. It’s a dump but the price is right. Does that mean it deserves one star or five for meeting my expectations? This one is pretty sketchy though so keep your valuable out of the car.

Cobwebs in room, stains on chairs in room, bedside table had sticky substance in drawer. Staff was nice but slow on everything. Breakfast was ok, no water offered at the hotel unless you but a $2 1/2 size bottle. No water offered at breakfast.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes, no help from staff with all my luggage, staff in general not very friendly or helpful (except for 1 older gentlemen) hotel was sketch in general, and there was noise from construction within the hotel. Never coming back again

I am usually not a reviewer, but I feel it is necessary for this property. The state of this hotel was so bad it was almost comical. I'm not even sure where to start. Outside, the hotel looks closed/condemned. It is almost worse when you get inside. Half of the lobby has no flooring, it is raw concrete. The hallway carpet should have been replaced at least 10 years ago; it's really gross and stained. The elevator is disgusting. It's more like a service elevator than one for guests. There were electrical wires exposed in the room. There was no coffee maker. There were also fruit flies in my room. Positives: Breakfast was fine, a typical hotel breakfast. The staff was very nice.

I was placed in a room right next to some people who had clearly been there for a while and had an antagonistic relationship with management. They talked and smoked right outside out door constantly especially in the middle of the night, my companion complained to management on the first night and I confronted them directly on the 2nd night, neither of which altered their behavior significantly and as a result I got basically no sleep either night that I stayed which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Additionally there were water stains all over the room and the AC didn't work half the time. Genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, only consolations were that the location was good and it wasn't too expensive.

Bed was hard and other than the desk clerk, the staff spoke no English so no one could answer questions. Room was clean and could walk downtown.

It's very conveniently located. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean... But the last time I checked in, they couldn't find my reservation, that was reserved on Expedia, so I just asked if they had a room available, they did, so I went ahead and paid, then I got charged from Expedia, because I never canceled or checked in, So I got charged twice.... the parking lot was very noisy, and people were partying outside of our room, that made my kids feel very unsafe.
