RARE private single family home with one of the largest backyards in LOHI! This home has two stories plus large Game room basement, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Walking distance to the best coffee shops, bars, restaurants, parks, Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, & nightlife in Denver. The living room is bright & open. Large backyard perfect for yard games & relaxing. We have an outdoor grill, tables, cornhole set, and hammock. The gameroom basement has a foosball & shuffleboard table. There is also a table for card games and other fun activities. The second floor is a private suite which includes two beds and its own bathroom. Perfect getaway for families, couples, or groups!
