The space
Park right in front of your apartment. The space has an open floor plan with a foyer suitable for storing your bike, skis or other gear. The living room is open and inviting, with comfortable furniture and a quirky art collection. The pull out couch is fitted with a memory foam mattress and there is a large flat screen TV over a cozy fireplace. Large fully outfitted kitchen with a waterfall island, two stools and a dining table for four. The kitchen has a coffee station, full size French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The bedroom is equipped with an incredibly comfy queen sized bed and an oversized dresser for your convenience. Extra pillows, throws and blankets are kept in the main closet. The bathroom is well-appointed with a generous 38” shower and extra storage space just for you.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. The building itself is a historic two-story live/work building divided into three separate areas. The other ground floor section is also a short term rental. There are no steps or stairs to manage.

Guests have loved the location. Broadway is one of Denver’s main North-South corridors granting quick and easy access to downtown. Nearby Hampden Ave leads directly to beautiful mountain destinations. Red Rocks is just 15 minutes away from your front door and it’s close to I-25 for those wanting to head farther a-field. Within walking distance to Swedish Medical Center and Craig Hospital, and easy access to Littleton Adventist, Porter Hospital and many more medical centers for those visiting loved ones or needing a special place for their own recovery.
