Super walkable neighborhood: about 10 minutes to Sloan's Lake Park & about 15 minutes to Berkeley Lake Park, about 5 minutes walk to famous Tennyson street (38th to 46th) shops, restaurants, fitness and health food stores. Convenient location to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. We caught a shuttle bus to red rocks which was also a positive. Cute, little apartment space,facing the road but remained quiet and offered more natural light. Could use a light refresh w linens and lighting. Music system was difficult to use, record player is cool but selection was allScratched. . I’d bring a Bluetooth speaker next time.
