This 4th-floor 1BR loft earns its name -- the south-facing windows bring golden light throughout the day, and the private balcony adds an outdoor perch for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The shared rooftop terrace delivers panoramic mountain and skyline views for all building guests.

THE SPACE:
Spacious layout with plenty of storage -- more room than the typical 1BR loft. South-facing windows bring natural light throughout the day. Smart locks mean check-in is quick and easy, no key handoff. Full kitchen with premium appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. King bed in bedroom with 2 Twin Rollaway beds available upon request -- sleeps 4.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

Perfect stay

The location for doing anything in Downtown Denver, was superb. So many awesome places to eat, good places to hangout, local gym, and easy access to big events and venues. Our place itself was wonderful. So beautiful, outside patio balcony, 2 bathrooms, very spacious, and everything we needed! We will absolutely rent again!

So convenient, spacious, clean, etc. Parking was a bit tricky one night and I would expect with additional buildings being completed it will get tougher. We will stay here again.
