Filthy Room, Rude Staff, and Retaliation — Worst Hotel Stay Ever
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The carpet in my room was filthy, with multiple spots that looked like dried feces. I called the front desk, and while someone came to check, no one cleaned for a long time. When I called again, they admitted the issue and promised a room change, but after waiting over an hour with no update, I went down personally. At that point, the front desk and manager were both rude and told me there were no rooms available, and I had to stay put until a cleaner came.
When housekeeping finally arrived, the cleaning was very superficial, and the room still looked disgusting. I decided to cancel the rest of my stay through Expedia. After that, both of my key cards were deactivated. When I asked why, the staff gave me a ridiculous excuse that I must have put the keys next to my phone.
Dirty room, broken promises, rude staff, and even retaliatory behavior — completely unacceptable. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
