The elevator was out of service our whole stay. We are seniors. One has COPD and the other has bad knees.We had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. They did eventually move us down to the 2nd floor after we'd already taken our bags up to the 3rd floor. The carpets were stained and worn. The drains were clogged in the tub and sink. The staff and restaurant were good.

From signing in , to eating at the restaurant to swimming in the pool it was a great night. Very friendly staff, clean facilities all around and the restaurant service was top notch. The carpet has been removed from the rooms and this was a great improvement. Will stay again
