The management was beyond rude, my husband felt it may have been racially motivated and i cant say i disagreed...just very disappointed in the managements performance and hospitality. The housekeepers and breakfast staff were very cordial and we were tjankful for them.

The elevator didn’t wrk and we were on the third floor which stunk bc of all the luggage. The tv wasn’t working right and had lines going all down it. The outside hallway noise was awful. There was do not disturbed sign on the door and we were told we could check out at 12 and around 11 there were two knocks on the door from house keeping and later a phone call from the front desk. The person who checked us in never even made eye contact with us and certainly didn’t go out of his way to help.

Did not like that side doors could not be opened with room key. When walking my dog in pajamas, at nite, had to go thru lobby. Also handy cap toilet to low.
