This condo boasts direct beach access and a suite of on-site amenities including four shared pools, a lazy river, fitness center, and putting green. Local shops, bars, and restaurants are all within a short walk of the complex. The bright interior comes well-equipped with home comforts including a mid-size kitchen (with dishwasher), central air-conditioning, and a private washer and dryer. After the day's adventures, unwind with your shows and movies on the living room TV.

Take a short walk south on the World's Most Famous Beach down to the boardwalk where there are many restaurants, shops, and the Joyland Amusement Center. Right across the street is Daytona Lagoon, a family-friendly water park with go-karts, mini-golf, an arcade, laser tag, and a climbing wall. Take a quick six mile drive across the bridge to the mainland to visit Daytona's new Tanger Outlets where you can shop all your famous designer brands, or head over to the Daytona International Speedway to catch a race!

The Basic package but Best Bang for your buck

The property had everything my husband and I needed for our first getaway without the kids in 7 years! We were able to purchase food from the local Publix and eat In because the unit had all the necessities. I was told upon arrival that the property was privately owned and if we needed items like towels we had to contact the owner. I was nervous at first but found the unit had all the basics with plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. It is an outdated unit but the rental price I believe accurately reflect that. If you want something updated then this is not the unit for you. It’s Basic & affordable & comes with the use of so many amenities for free. Pools, hot tubs & the beach. We enjoyed karaoke, a dj and even fireworks one night. Two things that could be improved. Upon entering the unit, we immediately were hit with an old musty smell. We found old mold spot’s growing on the bedroom ceiling. Now this was the first time we were away from our kids in 7 years, so there could have been a family of bats living on the ceiling & we would not have cared. However, I think it would definitely bother other guests. The second, the bed was uncomfortable. A good 1 inch memory foam topper would be a good investment. No one wants to wake up at 5am on their vacation getaway with a stiff back. However, we just hopped down to the hot tub first thing but a topper would help guests get better rest. Another HUGE pro was the option given for a late check out for an extra small fee. Amazing bonus! 😀

Good location, very friendly staff at ocean walk, which are not associated with property manager. Air conditioner did not work, mirror was falling apart on bathroom wall, sink and shower didn't drain very well, dishwasher didn't work very well, burner on the stove was broken, and furniture was showing major wear and tear. This property is in need of some serious maintenance and updating.
