The place was nice upon first day pool nice beach nice suite nice however problems began to develop we had bedroom tv didn’t work said poor signal I told front desk don’t worrry about that because I don’t believe in tv in bedroom my son could watch living room tv but please fix toilet multiple toilet overflows with no response we were left to use lobby and pool bathroom when needed. When I complained to desk again they sent up a plunger to do it myself. 3 days after checkout the resort charges me $600 for a 30in tv I didn’t break & even if I had a 30in tv in 2021 is tops $150 I got a 60in for $600. We were ignored and when I complained finally I had to do something then the nerve to charge me $600 for tv I didn’t break. As far as I’m concerned they owe me for having to use a toilet in lobby and pool. As a disabled veteran I expected better service & treatment . Sad after contacting desk about problems now they say didn’t happen, funny I even wrote email and contacted security in hall about my unit problems tv toilet he said it would be taken care of

Like bed, didn't like midnight desk lady ride and crabby, ask when checked in for good location to, got view of empty building, had to settle side views of water and street, didn't like coffee maker coffee tasted burnt every day, asked for balcony extra chairs said don't have any, I got some in past years, also again as last year one elevator broke again..Hot there on Monday to Friday, why they also gave me room that's connect to bedroom, First year got bathroom desperate do sharing bathroom was terrible terrible while trying to sleep in bedroom

Lady behind counter was rude and short. Since I booked through a 3rd party all she kept saying was I don’t know what you paid. I didn’t ask her how much I paid . Asked about parking and she said I could park in the bottom garage but my truck wouldn’t fit so she said I’ll give you a pass . That was fine and I was able to find a spot on the opposite side of the building. Asked about the tiki bar , it’s closed on Monday. It would have been nIce if they had a website that gave you more information on their rooms as I wanted a balcony but was told it was a $20 upgrade but they had none available. If you have none available then why tell me it’s a $20 upgrade and more information on their immunities. I will not stay at this resort again.

Me and family wanted to get away for a couple days before school starts but this was the worst hotel to stay at. Our room was super dirty! Our bathtub was completely full of hair the toilet was dirty with brown stains. The kitchen had ketchup or bbq sauce smeared all over. The room had a horrible smell. If you walk barefoot in your room your feet would turn black. When we decided to shower there was only steaming hot water no cold. We call front desk for assistance they send someone up to realized when we go to shower again there was no hot water. The maintenance guy had changed the hot to the cold and the cold to the hot. The front desk tells me “oh the guy forgot to show you the little trick to it” honestly I shouldn’t know any trick to work the shower. Don’t stay here horrible. Plus the fact that they try and treat you nice at first but is because they are trying to sell you a time chair.
