Unfortunately upset

We didn’t get to stay here. There was a storm prior and had no power at the time of the house being posted “available”. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with, transparent with the issue. Was appreciated! VRBO needs to ensure there is awareness of weather conditions and communication with owner if there isn’t already. Owner as could have also communicated with someone or make unavailable. Service overall was good, fast with return. Thank you.
