HEATED POOL/SPA
- The pool is able to be heated upon request. We must know at least 48hrs in advance to your arrival. The heated pool fee is $150 per day throughout the duration of your stay.
- The heated hot tub is included in your booking! The hot tub temp will be set to 104 degree prior to your arrival.

Great vacation home for large parties or families...
The home is perfect for family gatherings, plenty of space for playing games, eating, or simply spending time together. We couldn't take advance of the pool due to the weather, but the outdoor space was terrific. The check in process was very easy and the host was very responsive to all my inquiries.

Fun Family Stay
This house had the perfect accommodations for our large family vacation over Thanksgiving. The rec room and pool provided fun for both the adults and the kids. The rooms were a good size, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there was a large dining room table that could seat 10. There were a couple of issues that the owner took care of immediately. It was in a nice neighborhood. We would rent this home again. It was a delightful stay.

Excellent location
Great location. Rowlett was a nice town. Property manager was easy to deal with. The property was nicely decorated and mostly clean. It could use a little maintenance. Disposal wasn’t working and had a strong odor. My husband fixed it. Dishwasher wasn’t perfect and the dishes reflected it.

Beautiful home
Overall everything was very pleasant..the house was very clean and the host was very sweet. Couple recommendations, we wish there was more towels and wash cloths, the ice maker on the fridge did not produce ice...the parking wasnt great.. Other than that it is a beautiful home. Thank you for letting us stay

This home was perfect for our family stay. The rooms were beautiful and well kept, the bathrooms were clean. Couches were beyond comfortable. We made last minute decisions to do Sunday dinner, although there weren’t too many spice options (but there are now) they had everything we needed. The pool table kept us all entertained and competitive. Because there was a TV in every room, we didn’t have to worry about accommodating the different shows or music everyone wanted to watch/listen to. The only thing I wish, that there was a net for the pool so we could remove all the leaves that flew in.

it was nice, but...
We were mislead on the listing, when I asked questions, I didn't get a response until it was too late the cancel. So the pool was too cold to swim in, my kids were devastated. I never got the instructions on how to open the front door and the owner was annoyed when I called. The app to unlock the door didn't always work, it was not a key pad, you needed an app on your phone. The outside umbrella was broken, a chair outside broken, table outside was rusted out. Inside the can opener was broken, no toaster, toilets has issues. The bedrooms were very nice and beautiful neighborhood.
