Outside areas had trash on the ground not picked up during our 2 day stay. Inside had trash clientelle had left near trash cans overnight into the next day. Housekeeping needs improvement. The room appeared clean, but apparently no daily maid service. The desk staff were very personable and helpful. 5 stars for them.

Upon arrival the trashing can out front was literally running over; that couldn't have been from one day. The dumpster out front was running over. The carpet all over the hotel (Lobby, hall areas) didn't look like they had been vacuumed. The seating area and glass tables in the lobby were disgustingly filthy. YES, we stayed, kind of hard to secure another hotel late on a Friday evening. DID NOT EAT THERE.

Okay looking hotel. Location was not so great. Staff and general manager not friendly. I just opted for a one night stay. Checked in after 3:30 left the hotel to return after 6:00. Had a family emergency that required me to go back home. Explained to the staff and manager and was not willing to give me a refund or half of a refund. I just used the room to change. The bed was still made. I checked out past 6:00 so the hotel could still sale the room again. Plus you will be charged a $50.00 room damage fee that is supposed to be refunded. Never saw that listed on the site during my search. Was not a great choice.

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly & inviting. The area surrounding the hotel is not the nicest but it is in close proximity to North Park.

It was a very clean property but Breakfast area was not very clean or no paid attention to the area as quest came to get breakfast. Also They v Fb barged me an additional 50.00 on my bill whivv CB h I understand it’s only temporary but I have not received my refund??
