Musty, wet, and strange smell

Hotel was decent overall. We asked for a room on first floor near an entrance because we brought our dog. Dog friendly was a plus. But the room was damp and musty and nothing ever dried out, even with air conditioning on constantly. Everything felt wet. It was very uncomfortable, but we needed to be close to the exit, so we stayed in that room.

Many things were in poor to bad condition in our room. The coffee pot did not work. The tv remote had holes in it over the buttons. The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but it wasn’t. Things were not restocked like toilet paper, tissues, or towels. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and were very pleased with the service. This is the worst Comfort Inn I have ever been to.
